We accept exchange or return requests within 7 days of receiving your order

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend trying on the item while the courier is still present. If there’s any issue, you’ll only be required to cover the delivery fees

For orders placed with free shipping or promotional offers, if the order is refused, canceled after shipping, or returned for reasons not related to a product defect or our error, the customer is responsible for both the original delivery fee and the return shipping fee. The free shipping offer becomes void once the order is not completed.
